A Commercial Annual Service Agreement Check-Up on Heating System Includes:
- Replace all filters with pleated filters (filters are included in the cost)
- Check burners and clean if necessary
- Check ignition system and flame rectification
- Check blower and oil and grease if necessary
- Check blower wheel
- Check induced draft motors
- Check venting
- Check condensate trap and drain and clean if necessary
- Check all safety controls
- Check pressure switches
- Check thermostat and calibrate
- Check for proper combustion and adjust if necessary
- Check belts and adjust if necessary

Any replacement parts are not included in the cost.

- Check refrigerant temperature and pressures
- Check evaporator coil and clean if necessary
- Check condensation trap and drain and clean if necessary
- Check thermostat and calibration
- Check belts and adjust if necessary
- Check all safety controls
- Check blower and oil and grease if necessary
- Check blower wheel
- Check all wiring
- Check condenser fan motors
- Check condenser fan blades
Any replacement parts are not included in the cost.
Note: If a service agreement is purchased, service calls and parts for that time period will be discounted 10%. In addition you will receive priority on service calls.
Note: Service agreement includes 2 filter changes per year. If during the time of service contract it is found necessary to change filters more frequently, the service agreement may be altered to include additional filter changes.
